On arivel we were informed that the booking was incorrect and that we must pay an additional R2000-00

I actually booked for my little sister and the owners were amazing and very friendly. Very helpful as it was her first time there. Thank you so much for being excellent

The place was very clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was great.

Difficulties checking when you book online. Secondly, the staff was rushing us to check out as if I didn't spend 20 minutes in the foyer the previous day struggling to check in. They started bringing cleaning material whilst we were in the room and they were waiting on us by the door. The coffee/tea condiments need to be more than what was supplied. There were also no plates, saucers, or even cutlery. Which means you have to eat food you brought/ bought from the container. Additionally, the shower head in room 4, the first room by the reception needs to be sorted out.
