Unfortunately the washing machine didn't work, but messaged the managing company who came out the next day and tried to fix it... great service.

At last a property that clean, tidy and did not smell of dogs. Just what we wanted and great location with off road parking (a must for us). Will returbn in 2025 if costs do not go up to much.
Scruffy outside areas. Middle floor toilet seatr broken. Blinds broken in master bedroom.

My parents-in-law stayed at this property and really liked it. They loved the location and everything that had been provided. It was very clean and they said the beds were super comfy!
Such a shame check in isn’t until 5pm. They called and were allowed in at 4pm in the end. Only small niggle was no plug for hairdryer near mirror in twin bedroom.

We were racing the Outlaw half Ironman triathlon at Holkham Hall. The location was 5 minutes drive away so excellent. It was also a 3 minute flat walk to the town centre and the harbour. The facilities were excellent. Clean and beautifully presented with chocolates and wine Beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of bed linen and towels. Hot water for showers great. Kitchen facilities were also great. Lovely view across towards the beach and coast path
Nothing that would affect anyone else but the stairs hurt after our race 😊

This is our second time at the property and the location is perfect. It has parking which is off road. The house is spacious across 3 floors.
It was dirty when we checked in. Spilt liquid in the fridge. Hadn’t been hovered. We got there and the owners were present and not aware of the booking. Checked in over an hour late. Bedding had stains on.
