Serena Holiday Caravan

Location was great with stunning views and shops less than 20 mins drive for anything we needed. Lovely and clean caravan and very modern. Loved having a bath too. Will deffo be back soon! Loved our stay. All very easy self check in and check out. Also very friendly host when we asked if we could bring my boyfriends son as a last minute change of plans even though we didn’t book for him to come.

Fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy and the boiler too but can’t be helped. The bed is also a bit short feet were hanging over the bottom and neither of us are tall, though this is typically expected and unavoidable.

Loved the location, site was perfect with map provided of site and instructions on getting the key prior to arrival. Staff friendly and amazing views from the clean and tidy lodge. Fridge, cooker, microwave etc all worked and would happily stay again. Even met a very friendly tabby cat patrolling on our second to last day on our way to use the laundry facilities!

We arrived to a lovely bottle of white wine, red roses and rose petals on the dining table. There was also a coffee machine including pods to use. The caravan was immaculately clean and really cosy. We loved our stay here.

Van was really nice.. Perfect location and peaceful , very clean and tidy well looked after, you can see the team at skiddaw View holliday park work hard to ensure visitors have a clean comfortable stay. Views from the van are spectacular indeed.

As much as it's the best caravan/Lodge I have stayed in the only thing I struggled with was the mattress

It was clean, modern, really well equipped, nothing like the caravans you used to get. Heating worked really well even in the minus temperatures we had while there. Beds were comfy, everything worked as it should and the views of the mountains were great to wake up to.

Bit out of the way if you prefer to be in a town, nothing else to dislike

It was very clean and in good condition. Sofa's were comfy, kitchen was up to date and had everything. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms.

First of all , there were no signs on the road when we took left turn from the main road. We arrived when it was pitch dark and we were clueless either keep going as there were no signs.we went back and asked ppl from a near hotel and finally reached there.i would say to put some signs on the road 2nd: Horrible mattress, very uncomfortable and small size of single beds. We couldn't sleep comfortably and i came Me back with a bad neck. Apart from that everything was good. Loved the kitchen and living room area, spacious and comfortable
