PLConvenient location in the old town of Tbilisi, few minutes to the Freedom Square, Betlemi Church and Narikala Fortress. Spacious studio with living room/kitchen annex, separate bedroom and bathroom. Amenities include large fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV set and fast WiFi. The flat uses gas for heating and hot water, just like most other apartments in Tbilisi. No problems with check-in and check-out, flexible and helpful owner.
The area surrounding the apartment is safe day and night, but houses are dilapidated, mostly in rather bad conditions. The apartment is reachable via multiple flights of old wooden stairs on the courtyard, going up to the 2nd floor - might not be the perfect choice for people with limited mobility. Windows are very old and wooden, with small gaps - but they seemed OK for ventilation even in the cold days (during my stay, nighttime temperatures were close to 0 degrees Celsius, but the imperfect insulation wasn't a problem owing to the good heating).
