"Give some water, enough towel and frequent room service. Plus sort out the bathroom"

It’s decent

The bathroom after have a shower you have to manually clean the water with scraper. Plus not enough towels were given and not everyday room service. No water was given or coffee.

Hotel was clean the housekeepers were attending very well. Bathroom was spacious

The day hotel receptionists are Arabic speaking so it was difficult to communicate.

Property was clean, with pleasant and refreshing fragrance. All basic facilities nearby with good staff.

It's bit far from Haram if you're traveling for holy visit. Bit difficult to find taxi, Uber/Careem early morning.
