Cleanliness

This is probably the worst stay we have ever had in India. Absolutely catfished, from the start we found that the reviews were not true at all. please see below, 1. The WIFI was really bad, 2. It was not near any of the food places or eateries, 3. The toilet did not have toiletries or even a dust bin, 4. The TV has only Indian channels, 5. The staff are very poorly trained and don't know how to treat guests 6. We were charged INR 500 for a sheet which had some stains (which could have been easily washed off) 7. Breakfast was bad, while we were waiting in queue to get tea, staff members rudely cut in line and took tea in the middle.

Everything, I think the reviews are written by the staff themselves, the reviews and the actual experience is so far apart. Bluntly put they are lying, everything from the room size to the WIFI to the location is a lie.

Only the location was good in terms of access to the city

Horrible cleanliness. Geyser wasn't working. Basic amenities are chargeable. Construction was on the whole time, wasn't notified about it. Noisy most of the day.

Neat and clean, car parking.

AC leaking.

Room was supposed to be equipped with basic facilities - no toilet paper - dental kit was charged - no towels - commode was not at all clean nor the seat - linens had light bad odor - trying to connect to the property after my stay , no response yet

Property is neat and clean

The staff was really nice. I booked the hotel last minute but still they accommodated us very happily. The manager was really nice.

Everything was good, but they good add more into their breakfast. We stayed there for 3 days and same options everyday. They should have different options on different days.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything...

Everything is extraordinary but area is confused.
