Bardzo dobra lokalizacja Blisko centrum, blisko atrakcji, blisko wyspy Ortigia. Bardzo wygodne mieszkanko. Dobry dostęp do miejsc parkingowych, do restauracji. Klimatyzacja, wygodny rozkład. Przesympatyczna i kontaktowa właścicielka.
