"Quiet and relaxing but not clean enough"

The quietness and the view.
The cleanness of the house is not as expected, as there are spider nest everywhere inside and outside. Also the lights in the main room are not working well. Finally, the ventilation of the above floor is not good, which caused a very hot feeling.
