i did not like that the kitchen did not have any dish soap to wash dishes or hands.

Well I didn't end up staying!!! They canceled my reservation without my approval!!!!

Whom ever they have answering the phone is very unprofessional and suites not have type of customer service skills!! She needs to be retrained!!!
