Property was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family of 4. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future!

Nice property

Everything was nice, the room was really spacious, clean, and quite. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Rooms were good size and for the most part clean.

The shower curtain inside and out was disgusting with black mold.

Bathtub was not clean, small black hairs along the top of the tub near the ceiling.

The property is always spotless. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I checked in Thursday and was suppose to check out on Sunday but I ended up checking out on Friday. The lady said I would be refunded for Saturday and Sunday through Expedia. I’ve been calling the hotel since I left James all a sudden is not in and 2 ladies took my phone number assured me James would call me or they would call me once they came from downstairs in the office

My experience at StayAPT was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, there was no assistance with the check-in process. The staff member responsible was on the patio with his family, speaking to us over the phone rather than providing in-person support. He also informed us there were no luggage carts available, which forced us to make multiple trips up to the third floor—while managing a stroller and a baby. When we finally entered our room, we were shocked to find it had not been cleaned. Dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor, and the bed had not been made with fresh linens. After addressing this with the staff member on the patio, he and his wife came to clean the room themselves while their family waited outside the door. Once finished, the wife stated, “We did the best we could,” which was not reassuring. The room itself had other issues as well. A blinking green light on the smoke detector—positioned directly above the bed—made it difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, the elevator was not functioning and would not go to the third floor. We were told the issue began the night before, yet no signage was posted to notify guests. With a baby in a stroller, this created a major inconvenience. When I brought it up, I was told, “We’re on the elevator company’s time,” as if the situation was out of their hands. Our toilet also failed to flush properly. I informed the staff and even mentioned that I had attempted to plunge it myself. I wasn’t at the property at the time but gave permission for someone to check it. When I returned, there was only a plunger left outside the door. After another call, the staff member came to assess the issue and said he would need to use a snake tool the next day, but I never received follow-up or resolution during our stay. Housekeeping services were also completely absent. At no point during our week-long stay did anyone come to clean the room.
