"Lovely cosy cottage. Everything you need."

Really great property. Nice location in the Cotswolds. Has everything you need and quick communication with the host. Dog friendly.

The stairs are extremely steep, wouldn’t normally be a problem but I was travelling with a 5 month old so wouldn’t recommend for young families.

"Cozy cottage"

Beautifully decorated cottage. Very warm and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Quiet location with nice walks from the door. Nice little touches, such as a welcome hamper and toiletries. We would definitely recommend the property.

There is only a downstairs bathroom and we had to disturb our dogs in the night to use the loo. The shower head needs looking at as the water runs out of the sides. The gardens boundary isn't securely fenced.

"Beautiful cosy little cottage"

Beautiful little cottage - the interior decor is really lovely and very good attention to detail. The place was bigger than I thought it would be and the bed was super comfy. We stayed over a weekend which was about -3 degrees, which was very atmospheric and cosy with the log burner. The local Wychwood Wild Gardens walk was really nice in the frost, followed by the local Lamb Inn pub. The Bull @ Charlbury is just a 10 min drive and was excellent food and atmosphere.

The cottage was quite cold when we arrived and it took a while to heat it up, but there was an additional electric heater that did the trick. Some curtains across the back of the property/back door would be nice for extra warmth & privacy as there was a draught coming from there. No freezer but my fault for not checking - fortunately the weather was cold enough to keep things frozen outside.
