The tooked booking and after confirmation they cancelled when I reached at hotel poor service

I won’t recommend to them

No cleaning and no WiFi , maintenance is worst.

I don’t like anything

Food is good and tasty. Location is good as it is on the highway itself. Apartment is spacious and fairly clean. 24 hours hot water available. Room service is good.

Compound is not clean. The entrance/corridors are narrow and proper cleaning required in common areas.

Only Location, nothing else

Staff, cleanliness, Hospitality, Toilet, No water, under construction, under maintenance, bad customer service, concierge not capable to handle guests, assistant staff can't assist, not allocating correct booked room, trying to fill under maintenance rooms with all guests, had to fight to get the room we booked.

The location was good. The restaurant staff was polite and food was also average. The hotel staff was polite but not good with clean up and work.

Even though we checked in 2 hours late the room was not ready. When we finally got the room we found out that sheets were not changed. Old sheets used by previous guests were as it is. The floor was very sticky. The bathroom was not clean. It had a weird smell. We do not expect the luxury stay but if we are paying 2600 for a night, we at least expect a money's worth.
