Les soirées musicales de chez frédo, en contrebas de la résidence...si encore la musique était bonne!!!

The music in the neighbouring beach restaurant carried a bit too loud and long in the weekend

Nice Pool and entertainment area with table tennis and many other things to play. Houses have enough space with terrace and grill.

Unfortunately the nights were noisy. The Bar( Fredo) across the street had 3 days in a row very loud live music until 1am. It was impossible to sleep. The street directly at Resid Anses is also loud

Nice apartment in an excellent location for exploring the south coast of Martinique. The layout was suitable for our group of two couples, with two regular-sized bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The small private pool and the infinity pool were of course a big plus.

Despite listing them as provided amenities here on Booking.com, upon check-in the apartment did not have any soap, shampoo or other consumables stocked and had only 2 rolls of toilet paper (for 4 people × 2 days)! Upon calling the person responsible we were informed that we were supposed to buy and bring these items ourselves (after arriving on the island on a Sunday evening – good luck with that!). This is in our opinion totally unacceptable for accommodation that costs well over €200 per night, and it's also a rather dumb way to save a few Euros at the cost of *massively* inconveniencing guests. That said, after complaining they did eventually stock the missing items for us.
