Imperium Central Apartments Zadar

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The location and proximity to everything was excellent.

During our stay, there were renovations being carried out to the stairwell. It was very dusty. There were temporary timber stairs that were placed on the old staircase and we had to walk on them to reach our apartment on the 4th floor. These temporary timber stairs were not fixed securely and were wobbly to walk on. We did not take our luggage into the apartment as we felt unsafe carrying the luggages up to the 4th floor. Due to the stairwell renovations we checked out after the first night as we felt it was a safety hazard. We were meant to stay for 7 nights.

Cute little apartment in a perfect location! The bed was two single beds but as a couple who steal each others covers the beds we’re fab and super comfortable! There was free WiFi and perfect AC. There was a huge fridge, a cooker and microwave if you were gonna be there for a long stay. Overall our stay was fab and would definitely recommend

The stairs are a little rough but don’t let the stairwell scare you, the apartment is great in a fab location! I would say though if you get out of breath quickly the stairs may be rough for you

The apartment was great, comfortable and within walking distance, 2 minutes from the town.

The apartment is very well located, clean, had a stocked kitchen, great AC and wifi. Overall great apartment.

The multiple floors of stairs leading up to the apartment in the stairwell were propped up by metal beams and the structural integrity of them were definitely questionable. It was scary to walk up and down as there were visible cracks and movement in the concrete stairs. Besides that minor detail outside the apartment, the bed is in fact 2 twin mattresses next to each other which was a bit uncomfortable.

Apartament is very nice and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. Location is perfect on the old town, 50 metres from the market with fruits, vegetables and fresh fishes. It was good choice!

Perfect position as it’s in the city centre and also pretty near to the bus station when you can take the bus to the airport. A supermarket is in front of the building so if you need something you can have it very quickly! Dino is a friendly host and you couldn’t ask for more!! He will take you the keys and suggest some typical Restaurants. Nothing is missing into the apartment and the photos are right as the real apartment is!

The apartment is well restored and well furnished but is at the 4th floor and there is no lift. The only thing is that the building and especially the stairs are very crumbling and deteriorate. This is really the only negative aspect we found.
