Faptul ca a fost mereu apa calda si caldura. Dotarile de la bucatarie si cele de la baie.

Lipsa amenajarilor ptr asezarea hainelor si a prosoapelor in baie. Lipsa sau nefunctionarea veiozelor desi am cerut remedierea acestei deficiente. Dar ceea ce ne-a deranjat mai mult a fost faptul ca fereastra avea un zid in fata!
