It had all the cutury you would need to make your own food , room was cleaned daily , sufficient toiletries provided and everything basic you need is provided

Electricity was unavailable but the entire area had no electricity, limited tv channels

Your accommodation and facilities were excellent.

The customer service received at your front desk was poor. Maybe have a little consideration for people who have booked for the first time with booking.com and try to be more pleasant in finding a solution rather than asking: " Can you not read the fine print" and being of no help. It cost us an extra room for a child who was 10 years old.

Nothing.

Bedding was stained. Bed was sloping at an acute angle towards the headboard. Dirty floors with cob webs. Gecko droppings on the wall. Excessive noise by others into late hours of the night. Front door wouldn't close shut without slamming it.

"Value for your money I would recommend it."

This accommodation was great, easy to find clean with friendly staff.

Trampolines were out of order and it was one of the activity the kids were looking forward to.
