There is nothing not to like about it

Everything was well and I liked the accommodation and the service was superb 👌

The bathroom in room number 34 gave us hard times when the water lost control to the drain, we had to mop the room to the main door. The bathroom was an open space with no door in the shower.

The pool was amazing and the rooms were neat and modern. The janitor Junior and the hosts were very pleasant. Overall we had a good stay here and will return.

Check in was at 3pm - we got there at 3.15 and our room was not ready. We were tired from the travel and had to wait another 20minutes. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly and didn't explain exactly why we had to wait. We also experienced an issue were the pillow case covers in the lounge were dirty and had big stains of what we hope was just spilled cream or yoghurt and nothing else - the next day we told the cleaner who changed the covers.

I like the facility,the place is clean every thing is good in the room

I was very upset I do arrangement that my check in time will be 15:00 and I do call a day before confirming about every thing even the check in time but when I there at 15:10 the room is not ready its take 1hour staying at the reception waiting for the room. The guy took us to the room at 16:15 imagin from 15:10 ..

On the day of arrival. The lodge called and said that we were double booked and arranged alternative accommodation. It was sub-standard accommodation 40km away for the same price. Our plans to go to the Wild Coast Sun was compromised due to the alternative accommodation being too far out and our holiday trip was spoilt. I would not recommend booking at this accommodation.

Lodge Azure is situated in a tranquil setting, just a short distance from the popular attractions in Port Edward. The spacious 3-bedroom apartments offer a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan apartments, designed for two guests, are equally cozy and pleasant. The pool is available around the clock, and the environment is family-friendly, making it perfect for children.

The lodge does not offer complimentary soaps, shampoos, or similar amenities. Additionally, there are no iron, ironing board, or hairdryer provided. The accommodation is fully self-catering.

Everything, close to the shop, the staff very friendly & helpful at all times big up to Junior.
