Great property, its so homely and spotlessly clean. We've stayed several times now and love it so much we don't even bother to look for anywhere else in Beverley now.

Nice outdoor area. Spacious living room. Comfy beds with fans as the weather was exceptionally hot. Well resourced kitchen. Upstairs and downstairs toilets.

This is an exceptional place. It is a complete two-bedroom house with parking for two cars. It is within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and pubs, plus very close to a major shopping centre. It's just about perfect! All furnishings and fittings are high quality and very clean.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very handy location, within easy walking distance of Beverley centre. Very clean. There were some modifications (eg handrails) that were very useful for my father. Very helpful and friendly contact with the owner.

On a main road, so a little noisy - but not a big issue. The main problem for me was the scented oil used throughout, which set off my asthma/allergies.

The property is the perfect location for exploring Beverley, clean, comfortable and everything you need to enjoy your stay 😊 thank you
