Everything. Really well thought out. Everything you need. 10 minute bus to town. Really felt like a home away from home. We had a great night's sleep too. The little touches go a long way (snacks, slippers, Netflix)

No down side at all

Very nice place in Liverpool, Marco met us to hand in the keys for a very smooth check-in. The apartment was spotless clean and everything you might need even for a longer stay is available there. Complimentary drink and some snacks were a nice touch. There's also a free public car park in front of the flat building and city centre is 10 mins drive.

This apartment has everything needed to make a traveller feel relaxed and appreciated. Laura greeted us and showed us to the apartment while providing clear instructions on all matters. Her attention to detail to all aspects was outstanding. There were complimentary items which were so generous and unexpected. Thank you so very much.

My family and I stayed at the Modern Luxury Apartment in Liverpool over the weekend, and it was an absolute delight. From start to finish, Laura and Marco proved to be exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The apartment is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from Anfield Stadium, which was perfect for us as football fans. Despite its proximity to such a lively spot, the area itself is surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Getting around was a breeze—public parking was a huge plus, and the city centre was only a quick 10-minute Uber ride away. The apartment itself is spotless and recently refurbished, exuding a fresh, modern vibe. With two spacious rooms, it’s ideal for four people, making it a great choice for small groups or families. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal, but the real standout was the thoughtful welcome pack—snacks, coffee, and water were waiting for us, such a lovely touch that made us feel instantly at home. Everything about this place felt carefully considered, from the decor to the little extras that elevated our stay.

The apartment is on the second floor, and while there’s only one bathroom, it was more than adequate for our needs
