Rooms where nice and value for money. Beautiful courtyard with swimming pool.

The receptionist in front was not very friendly or helpful. He first did not know that we booked two rooms and only provided one room key. He did not explain anything about how the hotel works and about the facilities - we did arrive a before a scheduled check in time, but asked if it would be okay or alternatively we would have waited. He said it is fine, once we got up to our rooms they were still cleaning the one room - it had no fresh bedding and did not smell clean.

The room's aircon was not functioning😭😭

The facilities, in particular, the gym and the friendly staff

the ribs I ate at the restaurant were not particularly well cooked
