"Well-appointed house with fantastic sunset view."

The property is aptly named. The view at sunset is everything.

1. Bed in primary bedroom is too high. View is great, but climbing up to an elevated bed is uncomfortable. 2. 3rd bed looks elegant, but needs a new mattress. The one there now is lumpy & uncomfortable.

We enjoyed a 16-day stay at this comfortable residence. The owner/host outfitted each room with everything we needed and included many thoughtful items that ended up being useful (mixer, water filter pitcher, baking dishes, condiments, extra throws, blankets, pillows, etc). A couple of issues popped up and owner/host was responsive and helpful. It truly felt like home away from home. The view from the back of the house is awesome—what a treat!

The wifi is a little weak at times but not bad enough to be an issue.

"Warm, welcoming home with stunning views"

The view from this home is unparalleled! You have a beautifully clear shot of the city and golden gate bridge. The owners have beautifully designed the house with gorgeous art and very comfortable lounges. The home is spacious and welcoming.

The water takes a bit to warm up and the bathrooms are a little dated but certainly not close to a deal breaker when choosing a place to stay in El Cerrito.

The view and location is great. Very spacious. Kitchen and dining area are amazing. The balcony area feels good.

Description said 4 bedrooms, it's actually 3. Lighting and light switches inside are awkward. Couches are ok, the one in the living room moves too much. The wifi is decent. The bed in one of the bedrooms creaks too much and the mattress was shallow. I actually woke up with back pain.
