There was no breakfast ? Location hard to get back to by gojek

Showers didn’t work properly, water cut out didn’t have water for a few hours ,couldn’t flush toilet,power cut , air cons weren’t the best ,no power point near the bed in the second room so was abit annoying but manageable

Doors in balcony upstairs didn’t latch and close completely and keep opening and make nose during night Swimming Pool wasn’t clean enough

Good location inside was nice

Water in shower was cold and not good pressure

i liked the pool, and the vibe of the villa it has great aircon, and an alright location. Staff were efficient to provide clean cutlery.

cutlery was disguisting, water turned off, very dirty comforters had to take them off the bed.

Very far from the sea. Need to use car. The entrance doors are very hard to open, soon will fall off.

We liked the size of the villa.

To start with, it was very dirty and we had to ask them to re clean twice, we witnessed the cleaners cleaning the floor, toilets and kitchen benches with the same cloth so had to ask for our own cleaning supplies. When they were brushing all of the dirt out of the villa, it went straight into the pool so the pool floor was disgusting. When returning to the villa at night we were locked out as we had been told the wrong lock code. The next morning the hot water wasn’t working so they offered a new villa, when we got to the next one it was mildly better but we still had to ask the cleaner to come back and re clean with proper cleaning products, the folding doors to our second villa broke on the first night and yet again we were locked out. VERY POOR communication and not great English, wouldn’t respond to particular messages as they were ‘out of service’ and It took us until the next day even asking a couple of times the day before for a number of someone who we could communicate with who lived closed by. Once we had a number for Andy he was very helpful and replied to our needs. We have been to Bali multiple times and have experienced different types of accommodation and this is VERY OVERPRICED for what it is, we couldn’t believe the lack of communication and non apologies. We are not usually people to complain but as this was our third property on this trip and the price we have paid we felt we wanted other people to know what we experienced. These villas overall need a deep clean and a contact who is available so you are not left wondering what’s going on all the time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this company or staying in these villas.
