GBFantastic location-we were able to visit multiple locations easily . Lots of nice touches like some herbs and spices and basic essentials. Good basic house. Great TV.
Mattresses on twin beds are not of a good quality. Sofa bed broken . Kitchen needs some more equipment like a colander, salad bowl or such like. Bins out the front look very messy. Garden would benefit from a bench or some suitable furniture .

Could do with black out blinds for the upstairs windows. With 2 young children we had some early starts.

This home has major potential it's in its early stages so here are my views from years of travelling. More cuboard / draw facilities if planning 3 nights or more. More attention to detail on the cleaning side of things as plates/ cups were still wet in cuboards / finger prints on glasses/ food stain on frying pan . Bins in the rear garden were very full causing issues with flies in and out of the house. The grass to the rear was unkempt and in need of a cut . A jar of whitening face cream found on the floor by the side of single bed
USIt was clean. Everything looked new on the inside.
There were no places to hang our towels to dry after a shower. My wife bought over the door hooks and we left them there for future guests or if the hosts don't like them to throw them away.
