Nereides Luxury Villas

Nuestra estadía en Nereides Luxury Villa fue simplemente excelente. Viajé con mi hijo, mi hermano y su esposa, y la unidad resultó perfecta: muy amplia, cómoda y equipada, ideal para alojar cómodamente a 5 personas. La ubicación es inmejorable, a tan solo 300 metros de la playa y rodeada de varios locales para comer, todos de muy buena calidad. La piscina estaba siempre limpia y bien mantenida, perfecta para relajarse después de la playa. La anfitriona, Elena, fue sumamente amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con todo lo que necesitáramos y brindando recomendaciones muy útiles. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable para disfrutar de Kato Almiri con comodidad, tranquilidad y una atención de primera

El aire acondicionado no era muy fuerte.

Hosts were amazing , very welcoming helpful and keen to make our stay as nice as possiable. Pool and garden excellent. Villa was spacious ,clean, and located close to the beach. The local beach was a great place to spend the mornings with free sun beds attached to local bars. Food and drink prices are very reasonable ( 50 euro cents for 500ml bottle of cold mineral water). Afternoons were spent lounging around the pool, which was cleaned daily. There are plenty of sun beds with extra towels supplied by the host to use by the pool. Overall, we had a hassle free relaxing week here and will definitely rebook in the future.

Elena is a fantastic host. She welcomed us soon after we arrived and was on call throughout our trip to help us and give us advice. The pool is lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Nearby is a lovely bit of beach with many beachfront bars/restaurants which we frequented. The apartment itself was comfortable for 5 of us and we has a nice veranda with outside table and chairs as well as a large first floor balcony.

The A/C was a bit of a pain at the start of the trip and especially as the temperature was abnormally hot - over 40 C. There is a trick to making sure the rooms are nice and cool which Elena explained and once we knew what we were doing, this was fine. I should note that towards the end of our trip, temperatures went down to around 35 C and at this level it was noticeable that the apartment is naturally cool and the need for A/C was greatly reduced. There wasn’t proper hot water during our stay. This is not a problem in summer. I am not sure if hot water is available during colder months - please check that with the owner

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenagers. The accommodation is just beautiful and peaceful. Helena made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and gave us great information about the local area. The pool area is just perfect, so relaxing. The whole place is perfectly maintained and very clean. We would highly recommend, thank you so much ❤️

We were welcomed by Eleni and Yianni, who showed us into the spacious property and brought up our luggage. The location was perfect, just one block back from the beach, and we intend to stay there next time we are in Almiri. We were very happy with the property.

Great area right next to the main road and a literal 10 steps from the beach. Great house, there seems to be a lot of money invested in the property.

Unfortunately when we arrived the house was not clean. There were smudges on all bathroom mirrors, waterstains and dust on almost all surfaces. The fridge was clean on the inside but all outside areas were dirty and even had grease around the handles. The floor was also really dusty.

The pool area,the pool,the gardens are an absolute oasis of relaxation and so pretty. Loads of comfortable beds too. Great sized apartment and terrace. We had a larger terrace and my sister in law had next door with a smaller terrace but a bigger apartment ( the layout of furniture in hers was better,all much more spacious). Nice bathroom, good kitchen,extra toilet downstairs. Elena is very friendly and helpful. Great fish restaurant at far left of beach,beautiful and quiet spot (Ampyki) and fab food at Koko but very busy in August. Beach is nicer away from the crowds!

Aircon not very strong. WiFi not great unless downstairs. Apartments next door very run- down and a carpark,loads of bins nearby, so walking out of the back gate to the beach/ restaurants isn't that nice but it's a short cut.

The owners make considerable effort to maintain the property to the highest standards. Garden, swimming pool are immaculate, not a lick of paint is behind schedule. The inside of the villa was also spotless. Elena and Giannis are excellent hosts, with very good suggestions on what to do, where to eat, what to see.

If one is difficult, the aircon is of an unusual type but does work well. The sea front was a little disappointing.
