breakfast not provided but plenty of places to eat within 3 minutes walk. Great location 3 minutes to surf beach. uncrowded surfing. Balian is a very chilled place. Like Bali was 20 years ago . Nothing like the Kaos of Canguu or Legian. Not for young ones looking for raging night life. Arsa (caretaker) very helpful..

No TV. Little things -needs new toilet seats and a ceiling fan was missing under outside awning

"Great place for a family to relax and have fun, close to Balian beach and everything you"

This villa is spacious and very set up for a family. We loved having the pool right there to have heaps of swims with the kids.
