Extremely inconvenient. Both the parking access card and lift access card were not working. Tenants had to rely on security assistance just to access the building. The security guard informed us that many owners have not paid maintenance fees. This is unacceptable as it causes unnecessary trouble for tenants. The host did not provide any assistance, and no action was taken even after the issue was reported.

Shower was leaking, toilet had some smell, aircond remote had not enough batteries Toilet ceiling was leaking Hallway light seeps into the room from the window next to the wardrobe

一进房间，整个地方头发，扫把和畚斗都灰尘的放在鞋架旁，床也很肮脏，污迹很多，洗手盆和煲水机很多蚂蚁…！椅子也坏，幸好我孩子没掉下来，好心啦，坏了就拿去丢！ 冲凉房的洗手盆，刷牙一半，头发湿湿，原来屋顶破一个洞，还一直掉石灰下来 整间灰尘到完就对！ 尤其是床，我和家人都被螨虫咬！ 睡到半夜，孩子吵闹，原来太痒了！ 我和老公都中 不会再有下次的住宿了

Terlalu payah unt urusan pendaftaran

This unit is not safe for elderly or your children to stay. The high stool was shaky and the balcony sliding glass door cannot be locked. It was not comfortable because air cond was not cold even at 16ºC, 1 of the towel was torn.

A very nice and clean homestay, the place also nearest to the all convenient places. Will repeat again.. Really recommend to stay
