Location was okay - rest of the experience was HORRIBLE. Customer service by check-in staff was the worst. My 5-year old niece could have done s better job

-Dysfunctional staff -Room smelled musty -Breakfast tasted like road kill -Service pitiful

Location is good. Rest all is bad/ PATHETIC. Staff is friendly but does not have enough resources .

All reviews are just lie. ( Stayed between 18th Nov -21st Nov) No water No Hot water No cleanliness No Door lock working Cockroaches in room Toilets were not clean No electrician - gyser not worked for 3 days No plumber. Electric kettle is not washed since ages.

"Money Waste"

I liked nothing there

Poor service, filthy room. Dont trust the pics online. Run by young kids who have zero clue on what they are doing. I got electric earth shock from bathroom I have also complaint to the reception guy.
