"Exceptional"

I was impressed by the potential of this new property, and I can see that the team is working hard to iron out the wrinkles. The location was perfect for my needs as a person who loves privacy and quite atmosphere. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Loved the quality linen. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I loved my airport shuttle; the driver was so friendly and assisted me even before l came to Bulawayo by answering some of my questions. I would definitely recommend the lodge.

"Absolutely disappointing and not value for money."

The location was quite local to where we needed to be. The accommodation was clean neat and tidy.

There was no hot water, which was the main reason we booked with them, in the early hours of the morning the guard and a guest were talking loudly in the corridors the building was empty and so echoed and reverberated. In the morning around 6 am the employees woke us talking and laughing loudly, there were wheel barrows being wheeled and a combi being started. Very noisy. Just would not stay again at all.

"it was ok. decent."

Location is good and quiet rooms and linen clean fridge comfortable bed

TV channels were not working rooms slightly cramped. shower didnt have a screen so water on the floor after bathing dangerous with no mats as well no car wash in the morning
