The flat was very clean and comfortable and a nice touch was the welcome basket with tea and biscuits. The host was quick to respond to any issues we had, we had an issue with the hot tub and the same day someone came out to fix it. There was a bulb needed in the bedroom and dishwasher tablets all were delivered to us promptly.

We felt the location wasn’t good as when you read ‘seaside apartment’ you imagine it to be possibly walking distance to the coast or possibly have views but it was a main very busy road. This was a major disappointment to us. We were also unaware that the property was above a salon and we had issues with parking as clients from the salon kept parking in our space (even though we had put posts up to stop this. This was irritating after a nice day out as we on a couple of occasions had to go into the salon to get people to move their cars. On one such occasion the person was not happy! We just wanted to get into the flat and chill. You could also hear chatter and noise from the down below in the salon which wasn’t relaxing when back from a day out. We had a dog with us and it wasn’t perfect for having a dog due to the nature of it being an apartment but we obviously knew this but when using the hot tub we couldn’t leave her in the garden as the gate wouldn’t close properly so had to leave her upstairs. One day didn’t have proper use of hot tub as it wasn’t working properly.
