Cosy Loft Apartment Steps to City Walls & Minster

Apartment was fantastic,great position in York for our trip. Clean, everything you needed and more, spot on recommended to all.

Missed not having a shower.

Handy location for a 5-minute walk to central York. The loft itself was decorated lovely with everything you needed for a short stay.

The only thing missing was no shower but the bath was of good quality.

Literally can’t praise this apartment enough. It was really easy to find & in an absolutely amazing location with a Sainsbury’s practically on the doorstep & several amazing places to eat very close by. We loved the fact the apartment was in a very quiet street, just a stones throw away from the lovely museum gardens or if you wanted to walk into York along the water front this was only a 5 minute walk away. From the moment we saw the apartment we knew we had made a good choice,it’s so clean & cosy,a real home from home with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The bed was really comfy & the sofa bed was the same. Personally I loved the bath but appreciate for some it wouldn’t be convenient. I’ve stayed in lots of places in York as we have visited many times & finding accommodation with a bath is actually a rarity, after a days walking taking in the sites around York it was lovely to relax & unwind in a bubble bath. Visit the Yorkshire soap company, buy a couple of bath bombs & you won’t be disappointed! I much preferred staying in an apartment as you can indulge in a lie in & a leisurely breakfast before a days sight seeing & there was a well thought out kitchen with every cooking utensil you could need. We throughly enjoyed our stay,everything about the apartment was perfect.

If I was going to be picky I’d say I found the stairs a bit of a pain but the apartment is advertised as being on the top floor so it’s not like you’re not prepared for a bit of a climb it’s just the apartments maybe not suitable for families with small children.

great location, décor was beautiful and to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen with everything you needed. Lovely note from the host and felt very welcome.

Lack of a shower, this is my own fault for not reading the accommodation description properly. Did not detract from a great stay. Wouldn't say it's suitable for those with small children due to the number of stairs.

Great modern apartment, with everything you would need. Close to the city centre. Very clean and tidy plus the beds were very comfy, we had a great nights sleep. We will certainly book again!

There was no sheets for sofa bed and the apartment was booked for 3 people so sheets and duvet cover should have been provided very disappointing also there was no shower or even a hose in bathroom to was your hair
