Non dipende dalla struttura ma nella zona è difficile parcheggiare

Stanza un po' stretta. Colazione assente e anche le bevande "di base" tipo the e caffè ridotti all'osso ne uno snack dolce o salato. Frigo non ben funzionante

Nothing. The property is located in a residential building where the other tenants in the building verbally express that they do not want the guests or BnB facility present. One tenant told me that the BnB was not legally registered with the municipality.

Whatever you do, do not stay at this facility under any circumstances. You will not find it easy to enter the property. The manager, who happens to be the owner’s son, is terrible and disrespectful. I ultimately paid and then left the facility to sleep in my car. DO NOT BOOK at this horrible place.

Staff super gentile e disponibile. La stanza carinissima, dotata di tutti comfort. Pulizia eccellente.

Struttura curata e in ottima posizione ver visitare Cagliari e andare al mare. Personale disponibile all’anno richiesta di anticipare il check-in. Arredamento ricercato.

I had a phenomenal one-week stay at Berry Rooms in August 2025. I was greeted by the owners in the kindest way. The spacious room’s brand-new interior and attention to detail in the decorations amazed me, but the most satisfying aspect was the bed’s firm mattress, which was a blessing for my back. Alberto is a writer, so I supported him by purchasing his book. Emi kindly invited me to join her water aerobics classes (twice!), which she organizes several times a week on Poetto beach for her friends and their friends. It was a wonderful way to immerse myself in the local life and practice my Italian language skills. The rooms are situated a short walking distance from the central station, from where you can reach the southern areas of Pula, Chia, and the Villasimius beaches which I highly recommend. I´ll be definitely coming back!
