Beds where terrible especially main bed almost unsleep able single beds where like camping beds except better for the price

Lovely quiet location in a large country park 2 miles driving distance from Ryde . The lodge was well decorated, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were out most of the time and didn’t use most of the facilities. However this would’ve made a good base for a family given everything that was provided including games and books.. instructions sent beforehand to access key in key safe which was no problem. There was a very informative information folder provided.

As others have mentioned the mattresses on the single beds in the second bedroom were really soft and did not feel to be good quality. Had it not been for this I would’ve certainly marked the accommodation as excellent - but if you don’t have a comfortable night sleep it’s not great.. The temperature of the shower in the master bedroom was extremely difficult to control, veering from cold to boiling hot. ( to be fair we did not raise this with the accommodation so they didn’t have a chance to put this right). We did think the accommodation was very difficult to find in spite of the instructions sent beforehand. The country park is quite large and a map might have been useful or perhaps a what3words reference to the lodge itself

Relaxing leisure spaces to unwind,Easy access to local attractions, very cleaned , all equipped facilities and very helpful staff.

The facilities and location are all good. The only downside of our stay was the actual WiFi in our place isn't working even it's been replaced with another one. But the good thing about it is the host was so helpful and provided us a mobile WiFi which really helps us to get internet connection.

Location was brilliant had probs finding the button for bluetooth speaker, w said to be on the rhs of the fireplace everything else amazing, although no clocks worked

We loved the peaceful location and how convenient it was. The property was very clean and cosy. It was also very beautifully decorated. The staff was very responsive.

The property is advertised as pet friendly, but there was no gate on arrival. However, upon us requesting one, a temporary gate was installed within hours. Unfortunately, the mattresses were too soft and felt cheap. The kitchen could also do with a few more pots and pans. The wifi was very bad, but we understand this is more of a general island issue and not a property one.

Location was ok, have to drive tho Clean and comfortable quiet location

Didn’t like the gravel road to the lodge. No gate on the steps so your dog could run off.

Everything! It’s smart, yet comfy, very large & roomy for a cabin, we thought. It was spotlessly clean, & beautifully presented, & the milk & cookies welcome was nice, too. Very peaceful location.

Nothing! Would have been better if not so windy, we longed to sit on the verandah, but too windy to put up an umbrella.
