"Everything you need for a cosy Lakeland stay!"

Great location - in the middle of Coniston, Ambleside and 15 minutes from Grizedale forest. Very quiet property, lovely grounds to walk the dog and walks from the doorstep to tarn Hows. The apartment had everything we needed. We especially loved the cosy fire and armchairs after some soggy days walking.

Great location and lovely accommodation. Very easy to walk to Tarn Hows and other beautiful walks in the area. We had a meal in the guest house on Saturday night, great vegetarian cuisine which non vegetarians would also enjoy.

"Great rooms and amazing peaceful grounds, you can leave the car and just walk from your accommodation. Staff very friend"

Location amazing and beautiful grounds, great staff

Rooms were a bit chilly even when we the turned radiators up, didn’t seem to have a separate thermostat/ timer to allow you to control the temperature, this was in mid September but it was a very wet cool weekend.
