Modern, two bedroom apartment. Absolute purity. Very well equipped. Friendly and helpful owner. The possibility of paid parking right under the house, usually with a free space.
Poor accessibility for some (1st floor without a lift), directly to the center of Bologna a little further, about 1.5 km.
