Clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and friendly

My room didn’t have a bath. But I probably should have checked.

The communication before arrival was prompt and clear, the place was spotless, safe and comfortable. A good shower, very welcome after travel.

Beautiful aesthetic and great location. Owner was also lovely and helped us when we needed to get our luggage to our car.

I would say the minibar prices were pretty expensive - 25 euros for a bottle of wine in comparison to how much it costs around the city could do with adjustment.

Very clean and up to date everything worked as it should other nice amenities for tired travelers. Good security measures for security of the building

We arrived from the airport around 2300 and our first challenge on the street trying to gain entrance past the security measures in place. Finally, a resident from the building let us in

Tolle Lage, um Catania zu Fuss zu erkunden. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, empfiehlt es sich, die Zeiten des Marktes, welcher u.a. auch vor dem Hotel verläuft, zu beachten, da man nicht hindurchfahren kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Andrea war ein sehr zuvorkommender, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, welcher stets erreichbar war und gute Tipps hatte.

Leider sind die Zimmer ein wenig hellhörig. Zudem ist die Badezimmertür zwar eine schöne Holzschiebetür, welche jedoch beim Schliessen aufgrund der Spalten an Ober- und Unterseite nicht schalldicht ist und damit keine vollständige Privatsphäre im Bad bietet.
