Modernes Haus, ruhige Lage, sehr bequeme Betten

Sehr sehr viele Kellerasseln die sich immer warum auch immer in den Pool begeben haben und dort ertrunken sind. ;)

Eine super Unterkunft für eine Familie oder Pärchen. Hunde sind auch erlaubt, was super schön ist.

Die Unterkunft im Ferienhaus war sehr gut und auch technisch auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Sie war sowohl für Familien mit Kindern als auch für uns über 80jährige sehr gut geeignet (gute Betten mit hohen Matratzen, die Betten im Elternschlafzimmer waren sogar elektrisch verstellbar, alle Fenster und Terrassentüren hatten Rolläden und Fliegengitter, die Klimaanlagen haben wir morgens noch etwas zum Heizen genutzt, unser Auto stand vor dem Haus im umzäunten Gelände, die Lage war sehr ruhig usw.) Wir haben die 4 Wochen dort sehr genossen. Für uns als Selbstversorger war es wichtig, dass es im 8km entfernten Labin viele Supermärkte gibt, Lidl (leider ohne Brotschneidemaschine), Spar, Plodine und andere. Es war für uns Naturinteressierte ein gelungener Urlaub, auch mit vielen Besichtigungen der schönen Altstädte.

Where do I even start! Beautiful modern villa on a peaceful location offers everything and more. Fully equipped, clean and prepared for the best relaxing vacation. The host was super helpful, responsive and kind, the kitchen came with all utensils and utilities (it had everything from coffee, oil, flour, salt, sugar, foils, bags, ice tray, soap, sponges, dishwasher pods etc., you don’t get that in every villa soo you have to run to the store, but not here), pool was perfect and had maintenance every few days and we loved the grill outside. The property is gated and has a lot of lounging spaces in the shade, all amazing if you travel with your dog. The villa also offers board games and outdoor games and equipment such as badminton gear, baseball gear, nets, balls… You will never be bored. We will definitely rebook this stay and we do recommend it to everyone near Labin.

Bugs, bugs and bugs! Be prepared for giant grasshoppers, wasps, praying mantises, June bugs, centipedes and flys. The house does have nets but all the critters still come inside often. This was a deal breaker for us. The property is surrounded by high grass and bushes, but I’m not exaggerating when I say there were a lot of bugs. Other than that nothing really bothered us, but there could still be room for improvement. :) For example the outdoor shower was leaking, the grill was not cleaned beforehand, we missed hot water in the kitchen and the beds were too soft and uncomfortable for us, but opinions may vary, we just prefer harder mattresses. All in all nothing really that major.

At this moment a very private villa, there are no villa's close to it. Everything you needed is in the house.

There was quite a lot of wasps, I found out there was a nest of them and was removed the next day. They are using the pool for drinking, so sometimes with the kids we didn't feel comfortable with the kids in the pool with the wasps. So if something can be done about that the house is a 10/10.
