Wilden apartments are large , very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Host is very friendly and helpful. Location is great too. Walking distance to Skyline and city center. Grocery very close by.

The driveway is a bit challenging.

We had a wonderful stay at this very new apartment with excellent facilities. It’s the best property we’ve stayed at so far on our South Island trip. The host was very considerate and provided everything we needed, which made our stay extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the bush creek right by the apartment, with ducks visiting daily. This was a huge bonus for our kids — they loved feeding them twice a day. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to the town centre and Skyline. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Such a wonderful property and only a short stroll to shops, restaurants and local sites, we really loved our stay. Very clean, brand new renovation and lovely decor and lounge to relax in.

We were very impressed with this stay. The unit is spotless, beautifully renovated, and very cosy, with high-quality finishes, hardwares (faucets and showers etc), and top-notch appliances. Utensils are quite complete too, great if you cook. It’s thoughtfully designed and sits right beside a little creek, where we enjoyed seeing ducks and birds, absolutely stunning! We would go out on our deck to feed them sometimes. Parking is available, and the location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to town, and right beside a small grocer. We stayed at many places in New Zealand in a similar price range, and this was by far the best. Would love to stay again.

- The beds were a bit too soft for my liking but this is just personal preference. - It would have been nice to have a wall-mounted bathroom mirror in the back bedroom, though it’s completely understandable given the slanted roof. Perhaps a mirror could be installed on the wall above the bedside countertop instead? It would be a convenient spot to get ready in the mornings.

Location was perfect. decor and set up of apartment was excellent.

Only 1 comment was the small motion sensor lights in the bedrooms. They were very sensitive and bright. when you got up to go to the bathroom it lit up the whole room. One in bathroom by toilet was great and worked well but one in bedroom wasnt needed. Even came on if you moved in bed or flicked covers off.
