Everything was great
GBVery lovely, clean and well appointed apartment in an excellent location. It's only a short drive to Lynton and lynmouth. Can't comment on local facilities as we stayed over Christmas so everything was closed, but had taken everything we needed to manage. The hosts left us a lovely chocolate and wine Christmas hamper which was a very unexpected treat.
The converted barn is on a farm and therefore there is a typical farm track which can get muddy for a short stretch. The apartment is upstairs which isn't obvious from the information but the stairs are straight and have a good handrail.

A door mat rather than walking onto cold tiles The bath would fill up with water when showering and not drain quickly.
GBThe flat was lovely, nicely laid out and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and the whole place was very clean. You could see the sea from one of the windows and there were footpaths from the property. I stayed with my 2 dogs and the owners had thoughtfully left out some treats for them.The yard is shared with 2 other properties but there is a small grass area. I thought it was great value for what I paid and would definitely stay again.

There was no sign on the gate round the back of the farmyard so it took us a while to work out that we actually had to go through the double gates to access the apartment. Track opposite the main barn was muddy & puddled which wasn't great when getting out of the car to open the gates. Damp area on the bathroom floor by the shower had been covered over with a mat. No mirror located near a plug socket - tricky to dry hair!
