Clean, spatious and cozy apartment very near the train station. Kitchen was clean and tully equipped and we appreciated the tea selection. Vincenzo and his dad were very nice and we had great communication!

At night it was a bit cold and humid (beginning of april), and the air conditioning is in the kitchen, not the bedroom, so it was a bit harder to heat it up. But there were plenty of covers and blankets to choose from and be warm anyway.

This is a very good place if you travel to Palermo by bus or train and want to stay close to the station. Its literally round the corner. You need around 20 min walk to reach the center of the city. Not bad for a short stay.

It's somewhat not so comfortable as we expected, especially the bathroom and the toilet may really disappoint you. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. We were afraid the bed would literally collapse. And it can be noisy from the street. No windows at all.

Owner is next door at the deli and he was very helpful.

2 minute walk to the train station

Skillfully furnished, well-equipped apartment. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. With a little luck, you can find a parking lot nearby.

The central location

There were cockroaches in the room and hair on our bed sheets. The room has no window.

So very cozy and close to Central station. The host was so lovely - he runs a bakery next door and it’s delicious. I will dream of the cornetto from there for years. I will definitely return on future trips to Palermo.

Great apartment just next to the central train and bus stations. The place was very clean and had everything you need for a stay in Palermo. The host was very attentive and even asked if I wanted breakfast delivered from the bakery next door. I will stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for having me.

Everything was good.

Close to station. The owner is very helpful. As we arrive very early, he allows us to leave the luggage at the bakery. He even asks his father to drive us to the cathedrale.

The owner overlooks that 2 beds are requested. Finally it is settled.

Strategic location near train station if you are staying in Palermo for a night. It was clean and forniture is quite new. The owner is kind person. It has self check in option and that was the reason we choose this accomodation.

The accomodation has no window, and the entrance is directly from the street. Not the best area to be in, but fortunately we had no problems with safty.
