"Great location but dirty"

The location of Ganga is great, it is a 10/15 minute walk to the old bus stand & to the station & there are plenty of food options close by. Also, the staff are polite, kind & helpful. However, the cleanliness is not good, the room & bathroom were both dirty - I don't think they have been cleaned for a very long time. If the place was clean it would have been 10 stars.
