The house was well equipped with plenty of space for more than our sized group.

The information was not clear on how to collect the keys and afterward I discovered that only one key would operate any of the door locks and only the front door. The keys would not unlock any of the other doors. Also, the electronic door locks did not work properly along with no code to open the garage door from the outside. We also had issues with the wifi initially but finally located the equipment and rebooted to get better service. Finally, the oven quit on us hours before having guest for dinner. The oven did not work the balance of our stay The house needs a thorough review to assess these issues. The cost to use this house included a substantial resort fee which consisted of a small swimming pool that does not allow jumping and splashing. The club house was closed to rental guest and no exercise equipment that I was made aware. A real stretch to consider resort amenities.
