USSame as my other review, clean room, good internet, AC and balcony. Owner was very helpful and friendly, and price was good. About a 30-minute walk to downtown. There are several restaurants within a 10-minute walk, but the open times and days vary.
Like I mentioned in my other review, there is no fridge, so the only way to get cold water or drinks is to buy them at the small store nearby and drink them right away.
USVery clean, large room with balcony, hot water and air conditioner. Bed was comfortable and owner provided drinking water and was very responsive to messages. He even let me check out late for my evening flight. Sometimes hornbills and other birds visited the tree out front, and walking in the area yielded other birds and insects. It takes about a half hour to walk to the downtown area, and I was happy to stay outside of the main tourist hub. The internet was great and I had no problems teaching my online English classes. There is some traffic noise, but it's not too bad.
There is no refrigerator in the room or access to one. I talked with the owner about this and he plans to put one in the hallway for guests to use, but that didn't happen during my stay. Since the weather is very hot in Langkawi, it would have been so nice to have access to cold water, cold drinks and milk for coffee at any time. It also would be nice to have a table or desk in the room for working. I moved a round table from the balcony into the room so I could teach my online English classes. That worked, but a regular rectangular table would be more practical.

PLŚwietnie zorganizowane i utrzymane miejsce z przyjemnie zacienionym po południu tarasem. Czekały na nas butelkowane wody oraz kawy. Duży plus za szampon i żel pod prysznic. Doskonale działająca, cicha klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem.
Trochę daleko do plaży, ale jeśli planujesz wypożyczyć skuter to to zaledwie 8 minut.
GBBalcony sunset view was so nice, room had everything we needed, lots a space, comfortable bed, hot powerful shower and sheltered motorbike parking. They supplied us with 2 bottles of water per day, plenty of coffee (kettle in room) and shower gel/shampoo. Thanks a lot for a lovely week in Langkawi, we highly recommend :)
If you don’t drive a scooter/car then you may need to get grabs to the main beach as it’s just a little too far to walk. Can be a little noisy at night with the main road right next to it and the chickens in the morning.
