Lovely old building beautifully decorated in Hastings Old Town. Very nice to have parking too. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed.

Fit and finish in bedrooms leave A LOT to be desired, some of the messiest workmanship i have ever seen i. a b&b or hotel, bathroom basin is so small you cannot even properly brush your teeth in it, broken shower fittings, no cupboards, cobwebbed windows that do not close properly. We have stayed here twice, in bedroom 5 and if memory serves bedroom 1. On second stay I got the impression that everything is going a bit downhill, even the garden looks shabby and in need of TLC Its a pity as the place is otherwise great.

The place was great. So close to Old Town in Hastings. We loved the furniture and pictures on the wall. We had a small problem with the room when we got there but the owners fixed it up promptly. Fantastic service.

Staff went above & beyond with the prosecco bottle for the birthday greeting! Property well-maintained and facilities functional, very well located and great views! Check-in was smooth and all instructions were easy to understand

Bed seemed very narrow/small for a deluxe double room and some towels had stains on them
