Very clean, comfy beds , very kind and helpful staff, beautiful bathroom, including fantastic WARM towel rails.

It is a pity the motel does not have a unit with a wet floor shower. For the rest our ground appartment was wheelchair friendly enough. Not complaining though as we knew this in advance. We just made do...

The room was excellent for the mid-range motel it is, with every facility we required. Bed was particularly comfy, which is the main thing you need and there was plenty of cooking facilities for hubby to use while I was in the neighbouring hospital. Great shower, with attention paid including plenty of hair and body wash products which is always a nice touch. A sofa was in the unit, which was good, but one comfy chair would have been great for patients like me who must stay an extra night or two.

Location. Separate bedroom. Convenience. Facilities except hob did not work so no food heating except microwave.

Heated floors in bathroom were awesome. Had surgery across the road , so was easy access and I asked for a room on bottom floor and also an early check in which I thought was perfect as our flight got in earlier than surgery time. Beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet.

Nothing really, bit hard for drivers getting out at busy intersection out front bur no biggy

Access is off a very busy road - getting in and out can be a challenge
