Nicely decorated room that felt like it had been updated recently. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The parking was a bit tight and tricky but we enjoyed our stay here.

"Close to Ellerslie Racecourse for us"

Value for money spot as we were looking for somewhere close to Ellerslie Racecourse. This is definitely walking distance just use the pedestrian crossing out the front and walk straight ahead. Very easy to find even if the manager said she didn't know where it was. Close to Greenlane train station for easy access to Auckland too.

The sliding door was difficult to close needed a bit of muscle to get it to lock.
