Bathroom was leaking water due to AC unit water drain Ivey design to leak

Emplacement central, chambre moderne et plutôt propre (draps tachés), personnel très accueillant.

Chambre sans fenêtre, très bruyante (un bruit constant de machines faisàt vibrer le matelas : unités extérieures des climatiseurs ?)

The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Water from the air conditioning drips into the shower room, and there's also water everywhere after showering, making a real mess that makes me feel very uncomfortable. There are tiny rooms and marrow corridor.

Excellent location. This turned out to be incrediably advantageous for someone who came to Can Tho for the floating market. We could walk to the pier and grab a local boat at 5am in the morning. Amazing room for the price. It seems like a popular place to stay for domestic travellers as well. Staff knew very little English but were able to communicate with us using a translation app. We've asked them many difficult questions over our 4 nights here but they were very patient and helpful with us.

Room was not very sound proof. For some reason people were coming in and out of their rooms in the middle of the night. This room is located on the top floor (5th floor) so the traffic sound did not bother us too much.
