Vraiment déçu nous avons même changé d'hôtel pour notre deuxième nuit. Chambre humide odeur urine moisisures ne pas prendre.

Great location. Good price.

The main thing which ruined the experience for us were the shared bathrooms/toilets. The way this was done was just horrible. Normally I don't mind sharing a bathroom and toilet as long as it's clean. However, this was not the case. The toilets and shower are combined into a single cabin and were in a very poor condition. Broken and leaking pipes, multiple spiders and mosquitoes, mold and smelling like sewage. The same spiders and webs were there our entire 4 night stay and were never removed. The room is permanently wet which makes a visit to the toilet, or brushing your teeth a very uncomfortable experience. The drainage of the washing sink was broken, which leaked everything which you flushed on the floor underneath your foot. The room itself is ok, however the pillows are extremely thin and soft which is the equivalent of having no pillow. The walls are also quite thin, our neighbor was a snorer, which we could hear quite clearly.

Excellent location (Blue Mansion, Chulia St, Love Lane, Little India, Baba Nyonya museum, Kimberly food street, etc.), generally quiet at night except mosque chanting starts at 5am; staff and volunteers very friendly and helpful, even though they are not onsite 24/7, someone always replied me fast via Booking.com messages (great chatting with Misha-the girl with 3 cats, Alex, and the volunteers Mou and Gabi; shoutout to Shane who helped me with getting a ride to the airport when I was so clueless and anxious); enjoyed the food tasting tour, HIN bus depot market tour, temple walk and street art walk provided for free by Aayu. Also appreciate the water dispenser in the kitchen which I used all the time for filling my water bottle with free and tasty cold water. :) I also enjoyed getting to know and hanging out with other guests.

I wish there are some travel information pamphlets provided.
