Realy good location near small warungs and rent a bike options just across the street. Only few minutes from Ubud main street. The house is very very clean. Every few days they change bed and towels and clean the pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning and a lot of hot water in bathroom.

Only in the kitchen it was a lot of ants but this is some kind of normal for Bali accommodations.

Review for Karma Villa - booking.com My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa for a few days. The location of the villa was ideal. There is a small local store approximately 200 meters away where you can purchase frozen meats, fruits, vegetables, and items for your daily needs. There are many cafes and restaurant options within walking distance in the area. It is a very nice and quiet area, while only a 3-minute drive north of one of the main roads of Ubud. The villa itself was very clean, well-lit with natural light, and spacious for the two of us. It was perfect for us with the garden, pool, and large, well-equipped kitchen. It also has a beautiful view of the rice fields from the kitchen and bedroom. The host was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. He answered all the questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed to be comfortable. We would return and highly recommend others to stay here, both short and long term.
