- Well equipped apartments with everything you need, if you want to cook your own meal - Lovely decorated apartments, with lots of small details - Individual apartments (we stayed at the hotel twice) with a lot of privacy - We had the opportunity to leave our luggage there after check out - Friendly and helpful owner (easy at fast communication) - We felt safe at any time

- For our four day stay a room service would have been appreciated - Public parking in front of the door is not always possible (but you will fine one in the next street) - In one of the apartments the shower was very weak

This was a hidden gem in La Paz. It was lovely only a few blocks from the waterfront. A very peaceful oasis. It was beautifully decorated.

It wasn’t a big deal but the shower didn’t seem to have a lot of pressure.

Location - close to the malecon and the Serdan bus station where buses to Cabo San Lucas and Loreto stop. The place was clean, quiet, private. I loved the decor, and the layout. I also liked the fact it had a courtyard.

The location. Parking was difficult. Street parking in a very busy area.

It was clean, comfortable, cozy and the owners are very friendly and respond quickly

Bonne localisation, décoration faite avec goût et logement bien équipé. La terrasse privative est un vrai plus, tout comme la bonbonne d’eau à disposition dans l’espace commun extérieur.

Il y avait de la moisissure au-dessus du lit, et l’évier dans la cuisine servait à la fois pour la vaisselle et pour la salle de bain, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. De plus, c’était assez bruyant car il y a une école juste à côté.

Antonio was very friendly and helpful which helped making our stay even better. The room was very spacious with everything you could ever need kitchen wise. Large bed, great shower and central location. Total value for money and we would have preferred our stay here over other options we picked.
