The owner was very rude and she’s a very vile person.
ZAZAWe arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe.
ZAThe place is situated in a quiet location and the staff is very friendly. Peace of mind is guaranteed. The facilities are just in great condition and well maintained, with access to the entire place should you need. Great place in general
